Day 1 of this year’s Knowledge Gap conference will be packed with presentations on data automation:
- Frederik Naessens and Mark van der Heijden (DataToko) will kick off the day with a primer on data warehouse automation.
- Roelant Vos (now Varigence) will talk about a generic metadata schema for data warehouse automation.
- Alex Higgs and Neil Strange (Datavault) will introduce us to dbtvault, a dbt extension for data vault automation.
- Iztok Šerbec (In516ht) will show us DataMerlin, a versatile data warehouse automation platform.
- Petr Beles (Datavault Builder) will tell us how to do DataOps with the Datavault Builder.
- Norah Wulff (WeDoTech) will explain to us how to do data warehouse automation from a business point of view with DataJoinery.
- Tevje Olin (Solita) will describe a unique DWH architecture made for automation.
- Torsten Glunde (Alligator Company) will chair a panel discussion at the end of the day where you can ask our speakers everything you ever wanted to know about data automation.
In addition, Petr Beles will give us a more detailed introduction to Datavault Builder at 11:00 on Day 2.
