Fact-oriented modeling at the Knowledge Gap conference

Posted 28/1/2020

Too often, data modeling is seen as a mere technical exercise. At least as often, the meaning of what has actually been modeled gets lost in the process. Fact-oriented modeling and especially Fully Communication Oriented Information Modeling (FCO-IM) can help you to focus on meaningful instances of human communication instead and to leave the technical implementation details to a powerful generator.

Intrigued? At the Knowledge Gap, you’ll have the rare opportunity to hear two experts talk about Fact-Oriented Modeling on a high level, Stephan Volkmann from TEDAMOH and Marco Wobben from CaseTalk. In addition, there will be several other presentations about the human and organizational context of data modeling and data architecture.
